APA Formatting Skills for MS Word and PowerPoint

Schedule an appointment today with our peer tutors for support in learning APA formatting skills for MS Word and PowerPoint. Our peer tutors offer two appointment formats: Online 1-on-1 appointments or eTutoring appointments.

Online appointments allow you to meet 1on1 with a tutor to review your formatting questions. Etutoring appointments allow you to upload your document then the tutor will provide formatting feedback via email following your scheduled time. Email wordsupport@mail.waldenu.edu with any questions.

ASC YouTube Channel

Did you know the ASC YouTube Channel provides the following instructional video resources? Please check out the links below to access our channel to help with your academic and software skills!

ASC Tutoring is available for Walden students seeking support with course-level skills and concepts.  Our tutoring staff can guide you in understanding pertinent academic topics and concepts to help you complete your course work and assignments independently. Our tutoring staff can also assist by directing you toward helpful academic resources in the Walden Academic Skills Center website. Please note: Our peer tutors cannot check your homework assignments for errors, nor can they edit your assignments before you submit them for grading. "Fixing" or "correcting" homework is not their role. Instead, tutors in the ASC help you with learning the concepts to build on your skill level for academic success.

Tutoring Waiting List

Can't get an appointment for a specific date, time or peer tutor? WCONLINE has a waiting List feature! Students can join the waiting List by clicking on 'Waiting List' at the bottom right of each day's tutoring schedule.  As soon as a time slot opens up, everyone on the waiting list will be notified by email. Remember to act quickly because the waiting list works on a first-come, first-served basis.
